Threads That Connect: Five Elements and Yin Yoga
Monday 6 March - Friday 10 March (10am-5pm)
Kate Henley and Norman Blair have been running courses since January 2018 that draw together the threads of Yin yoga, ideas of energy channels, the Five Elements and Traditional Chinese Medicine. As well as daily Yin yoga practices, we will also do a Qi Gong practice each day. Theory is combined with practice and discussion/ dialogue are encouraged. We aspire that participants are given empowering tools for practice and teaching.
Our next five-day course on this material at Zolder Studio (London N22) will be:

Numbers: limited to 10, inviting group interaction and personal learning
Cost: £695 (two places available at bursary of 50% cost)
Participants receive a wide variety of course material
Training hours (40 in total) are eligible for Yoga Alliance continuing education (YACEP)

Kate has been a practising acupuncturist since 1998 and teaches on an acupuncture degree course. She is passionate about creating a space for others to experience the depth of this Eastern Medicine and for them to be able to bring it into their lives.
Norman is one of the most experienced Yin yoga teachers in the UK and he has been teaching for more than 20 years. He has been running Yin yoga teacher trainings since 2013. His book – ‘Brightening Our Inner Skies: yin and yoga’ - was published in 2016.
