I discovered Yin Yoga last summer on a yoga website when I was looking to regain flexibility after surgery. With an almost daily practice (I do capoeira, a Brazilian martial art on non-Yin days) it's really opened up my flexibility

Some other body changes also came with the Yin. The cellulite on my upper thighs is less noticeable. Esp when I was finally able to hunker down in saddle. Thoughts?
