Hi again Bernie! You did a fantastic demo during our spring yin training to find whether you are more internally or externally rotated in the hips. I looked through my notes but could not find the information I needed. Could you give me a refresher? It was during a big discussion of tension vs. compression and you used our bodies for the demos. Thanks
You have this in your workbook, under tab 3, where the slides are from the anatomy section. Look for the slide with the Pelvis & Femur, where you see Diana sitting in Deer Pose. The front leg is external rotation at the hip and the back leg internal rotation. For the front knee how high the knee is reflects reduced external rotation ability, and how close the back foot is reflects limitations in internal rotation.
