Jude Ortiz took his first yin yoga workshop with Tania Hughes in Chicago, IL, USA while completing his 200-hour yoga teacher training. He immediately fell in love with Yin as a way of deepening his yoga practice, particularly for acroyoga, and began immersing himself in Yin. He quickly discovered the physical, energetic, and emotional benefits of this practice. After moving to Minneapolis, MN, USA, he completed the Yin Yoga Teacher Levels 1 and 2 trainings with Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in April 2015. He teaches several yin classes each week and regularly offers yin yoga workshops.
