I have done one sesson of yin yoga, duration approx 1 hour and 6mins. Is it safe to do yin yoga from Monday to Friday and then rest on weekends. My body is feeling okay after one session and I am keen to do another session tomorrow. Is it like any other exercise, where you listen to you body and rest when it is over tired or feeling tight etc. I realise that every ones body is different but can you give me a rough guide line of the frequence when beginning yin yoga?
