I am wondering about yin and fybromyalgia.
I have this woman in my yinyang-class who is wondering if there is a physical benefit of doing yin in her condition.
She feels like the stress that we put to our connective tissue in class is what she is feeling all day long.
Her condition is not getting worse or better.
If there is someone out there who can relate to this, I love to read from you.
