As someone with constant neck problems i feel your pain. I work in manual labor and i guess i carry too much weight in my neck. As much as it can hurt some times to do certain poses it's always worth the relaxation it brings.
Very interesting. My fiancee is in her first trimester and i haven't even considered teacher her yin yet i was going to wait until a month or two after the birth.
As the title says, i'm coming off a knee injury and have a bit of a limp. I imagine i'll be good to go in a week or so but i was wondering if there's anything i should absolutely avoid or if i should just wait until i'm feeling a little stronger? thanks in advance!
