i like this web i was reading.
Im making ashtanga 6 days for week but i have one friend that said me that is amazing to make somedays Yin with ashtanga.
I wanted to ask if someone can help, i wanted to found some sequence about 40 minuts (like im making 2 hours everyday of ashtanga i preffer rest a bit) for open the upper back and the hip joints.
Is posible to found in some place?

We do not usually use Yin Yoga for the upper back, but you could try Anahatasana. Also for shorter sequences, check out the flows in the YouTube Yin Yoga channel.
