Yin Yoga.

Hi from Denmark.
I´m teaching Hatha in Denmark, and has recently come across the Yin Practise. I´m totally hooked.
I have a few questions, that I can´t seem to find an answer for.
"Can you tell me, which is most apropriate. Yin practise before Yang, or the other way around" ?
And also, " How can someone with a stiff bag (after operation, discos, an so on, practise Yin - is it safe at all to do forward bend." ?
