Hi,
I recently attended a class based on the long, slow deep sequence created by Bryan Kest which Bernie refers to on this site. I love what it did for my pelvic area which will help open me up for straddle. I can't remember the sequence nor can I find the cd/book in stock anywhere. I have the Complete Guide to Yin Yoga and have been doing the sequences for several months but I found long, slow, deep targeted some key areas I wasn't getting. If someone is familiar with LSD can you please let me know the sequence or a comparable one?
Thanks
Bernie

Maybe someone has the CD and can transcribe the sequence for you, but I recall it had a lot of long Dragon type postures. Lots of lunging! Hips will either hate it or love it.

Cheers, Bernie

Thanks Bernie, hopefully someone who has a copy will reply as well :)
In the meantime I will include more Dragons in my practice. Thanks for being such a wonderful teacher and resource.

Cheers!
