Donna is a 500 hour certified Kripalu Teacher who has been teaching for over 13 years. She is also trained to teach Yin Yoga through a certificate program with Josh Summers, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra with Jennifer Reis and Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky.
