What to do at home?

Post by kally »

I have just finished an 11 week class and though hard, I felt great improvement in my body over the time.

I want to do some yoga at home, but knowing me and the general lazy factor, if I take on too much I won't do it.

What would be good to do for a beginner home practice? Thanks so much.

Beginning Flows

Post by Bernie »

Hi Kally

You can find relatively easy beginners' flows in YinSights. You get there via the tab on the upper left of the screen, scroll down to the detailed table of contents and then click on Three Beginning Flows. You can also find some in the newer book, The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga. There are also some easy flows in the Yin Yoga YouTube Channel you can watch and do with the videos. Just find the playlists area. More videos are available through MyYogaOnline.

Also, just click through the various threads in this section of the Forum. There are lots of posts with good ideas for everyone. Lots of choices!

Good luck!
