Vist and view several videos or download them to your own computer. Below are links to meditations, running about 15 minutes each
and yin yoga practices. Some of the downloadable videos are full length practices of an hour or longer. Others are shorter segments
of about 10 minutes or so.

We have three mindfulness meditations for you to choose from. The first is a meditation on our thoughts. It will start automatically
as you open this page. (If you want to stop it, press the pause button on the video player.) The second is a meditation on emotions. To
play it, click the second tab at the bottom of the video player. The last one is a meditation on sounds. If you like, you can also view
a couple of trailers of several full length Yin Yoga practices you can download and save onto your computer.
Meditation on Thoughts - Length: 15 minutes
In this mindfulness session you will learn how to watch your own mind; to follow the coming and going of thoughts without getting attached to them or caught up in the drama that our thoughts create.
Meditation on Emotions - Length: 15 minutes
In this mindfulness session you will learn how to watch the rising and falling away of emotions, feelings, and thoughts that lead to these states of mind and heart. The practice is one of allowing all states to arise and leave, without getting caught up in them, pushing them away or reacting to them.
Meditation on Sounds - Length: 13 minutes
Sound can play a beneficial role in our meditation practice acting as a tool for enhanced focus and inner observance. Enjoy this guided meditation offering various applications of concentration and mindful awareness.
